Reserve an agreed block of weekly Civil 3D and civil-design production time for priority scheduling, direct access, file sharing, redlines, CAD production, grading revisions, quantity updates, sections, profiles, surfaces, and design-development support.

The weekly rate corresponds to an agreed number of reserved hours. Additional hours are billed separately. Custom retainers are available for larger reserved blocks.

Or approximately 25%–30% of the project fee, whichever is greater. A 24- to 48-hour delivery window may be available for qualifying projects.

Timing begins only after the scope is approved, required files and information are complete, payment or deposit requirements are satisfied, and LONESTAR confirms eligibility.

Large developments, multiple buildings, complex stormwater or utilities, major roadways, subdivisions, incomplete surveys, extensive permitting research, multiple alternatives, significant revisions, and out-of-scope services require a custom schedule. Expedited delivery is not an unconditional guarantee.

Can you use our CAD standards and templates?

Yes. Send your standards, templates, and a sample sheet, and the work is built to them.

What software do you use?

Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit. Deliverables include DWG, LandXML, point files, RVT, and PDF.

Can you handle rush projects?

Yes, for qualifying scopes. Express Delivery is a 24 to 48 hour window, confirmed after scope review.

What do you need to get started?

A description of the work plus any survey data, point files, CAD files, PDFs, or markups you have. Anything missing is identified during scoping.
